Here is an unusual prototype. The blank was supplied by the client. Usually we do not screen air-dry, but we were pleased with the outcome. The whole part was scanned and then vectorized. Parts of the shaped were printed on the separations to aid in lining up the image to the part. Unlike t-shirts, which are cured by heat, these parts are cured by solvent evaporation.
